Exercising The Penis: How to make your most prized organ bigger, harder and healthier

Who is Aaron?

Eight years ago, a less-than-average penis combined with weak erections led Aaron to hear the dreadful words “Is it in?” At that point, his sex life was changed forever. He didn't know how, but he knew he was going to gain control of the one organ that most men think they can't change. He eventually learned of penile exercising and the thousands of men who secretly used exercises to make their penis bigger and better.

He added two inches in length and one inch in girth. The best part? "I went from frequently having a hard time getting a strong erection to constantly having a rock-hard penis even after I came," says Aaron.

There was just one problem: There was a lot of erroneous information that advised using dangerous techniques. Aaron gradually set out to change that. He learned from and coached thousands of men who had completely remodeled their penis.

By consulting these men along with countless doctors and other experts, he learned the most effective ways to make the penis bigger and harder. He picked and pried like a tax auditor until it became ultimately clear that the men who gain big follow several basic principles, and the men that don't often ignore these principles. Aaron also learned hundreds of other tips, exercises, routines and techniques - all of which he details step-by-step in Exercising the Penis.

Along the way he has written extensively on male sexual health and has given lectures on the benefits of penile exercising to classes at the University of South Florida.

30-Second Interview with Aaron

Q: Why did you write Exercising the Penis?
A:
For two reasons. First, men care about their penis and their sexual health. They have a need for a sense of control, especially control over their penis. Second, there's so much confusion and misunderstanding with the term "penis enlargement," on what works and what doesn't, and how to use "penile exercises" safely and effectively.

Q: In the book, you focus on penile exercising properly and mention it is only healthy if you do so. Could you elaborate?
A:
Without a doubt, penile exercising is healthy. Countless anecdotal reports show men consistently having "rock-hard erections" due to the exercises, and studies show that some exercises are more effective than erection drugs (more on this in the book). But just as men can injure themselves by lifting weights the wrong way at the gym, men can injure their penis by exercising the wrong way too.

Q: The main focus of the book is how to make the penis bigger and harder, but the book goes over other ways to improve the penis. What are the major ones?
A:
Without a doubt, most men who penile exercise do it with the goal of making their penis bigger. I believe, however, that the true reward of penis exercising is in the many other benefits it provides. Men have reported several key benefits from exercising their penis, such as having stronger erections, lasting longer in the bedroom, and fixing a penis curve.

Q: In the book, you wrote that the world is gradually starting to accept that penis enlargement is possible. Could you elaborate?
A:
The term "penis enlargement" has a bad rap due to all the spam and pill scams out there. Using penis exercises is a different story. According to a survey of the top penile exercising sites, roughly 1.3 million men have tried exercising their penis. In the book, I reveal how penis enlargement works on a scientific level, evidence for its effectiveness, and debunk several other common "penis myths" along the way.

SUCCESS STORY: “Penile Exercising Is One Facet on My Road to Self Improvement”
“I went to an all boys high school and in the gym shower it was pretty obvious I wasn't packing. Porn didn’t help either. When I first started, I didn’t believe it worked as much as I hoped it worked. I would have done anything to get a bigger dick at that point. Luckily, I ended up gaining a quarter inch pretty fast . . . you would have thought I won the lottery! I am not ashamed of my penis anymore -- I've even told my brother and my dad who is approaching 60 (he now says that his erections are now 'harder than ever').
To me, penile exercising is like working out for your body, only for your dick. It's about improving in every way that I can—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. -- Gary, 34 years old, Before: 5.5" Length X 4.75" Girth, After: 7" X 5.5"
